1-br Cozy quiet getaway, great mattresses

Welcome to your sunny SoCal suite! Relax in a quiet, sun-lit bedroom and enjoy a comfy queen bed.

The suite is attached on the side of the house, but it's completely separate with its own private entrance with enclosed outdoor seating. There is a door that connects the hall to the rest of the house that is locked. Pets (maximum of 3) are allowed!

Our quiet neighborhood is an 8-min walk from a huge park with playground and dog park and only 20 min drive from beaches, downtown, Sea World, and the Zoo.

The suite includes one queen bedroom, hallway with supplies, and full bathroom with shower/bathtub.

*PLEASE NOTE*:
- this is not a full kitchen set-up
- there is no living room space
- the private entrance is through the front bedroom

𝗕𝗘𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠
The bedroom has a queen bed with great mattress, (Purple, The Futon Shop), soft cotton Tommy Bahamas Sheets, four pillows, and 100% organic linen duvets. Extra pillows and blankets also available. Black-out blinds for a great night's sleep. USB and plugs conveniently located at each bedside for easy charging.

The front bedroom gets a great sunset. It also has a desk for working, and a kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge w/ tiny freezer, Keurig coffee & tea maker with K-cups, and Brita water filter.

Kitchen supplies provided: water glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, spoons, forks, knives, paper towels, K-cup coffees, tea bags.

Bathroom has a hair dryer.

𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: Please be advised that the bathtub does not have a grab rail. Elderly guests or guests with mobility issues should be aware of this and exercise caution when using the bathtub/shower.

Brand-new HVAC with zoned thermostat, so you can control your area's temperature.

The broom and dustpan are in the front bedroom closet.
