Spend the day at SeaWorld San Diego (≈5 min), catch a game or concert at Petco Park (≈12–15 min), or explore the vibrant dining and nightlife of Downtown San Diego and the San Diego Convention Center (≈12–15 min).

The owners live on-site in a separate unit of the duplex and are available if needed, but your space is completely private and yours to enjoy.
