Pet Owners: If you brought pets, please ensure all pet waste is cleaned up before departure. Trash: Do not place unbagged trash, bottles, cans, pizza boxes, or fire pit ashes in the garbage can.
AC/Heat/Lights: Please place all air conditioners on 73, turn off all lights inside/outside and lock front/back/shed doors. Please place fishing poles back in the shed if used.
Towels: Please place all used towels in the washer. Please do not start the cycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties allowed. Immediate removal and booking cancelation will occur without refund. All dogs must be on reservation. Be respectful to neighbors.
Tampering/disabling any equipment/cameras/smoke detectors/unauthorized areas access is prohibited. Dogs shall not be left unattended indoors.
For security and fraud purposes, all guests must send a valid government-issued photo ID through the app within 24 hrs or booking will be cancelled.
