This was one of the easiest and best VRBO stays we have ever had. The cottage was so clean and the host was very kind. The space was decorated so well and the layout was thoughtful and impressive.

The property suited our family of 4 just fine. The bedding in the master bedroom could use an upgrade. The mattress cover made a crinkling sound with every move and the lightweight bedspread was constantly sliding off of the end of the bed. We did not sleep well during our stay. Also, the kitchen is missing a pasta strainer. Pasta is one of our go to travel meals for simplicity. I have never stayed at a STR that did not have a strainer. There are also no towel hooks in the bathroom for hand or bath towels. A few simple upgrades would make the stay much more comfortable.

Everyone from the host to the cleaning group to the locals at the diner down the road are courteous and inviting. We stayed for a high school fishing trip, and are talking about going back just for a getaway. You will not be disappointed if you book any of the three cottages they all look wonderful. The area around them is quite and cordial and beautiful!

Best Place Ever

Cute and Cozy

My husband and I were just in the area for one night and Lindsay was super quick to respond to my booking request. The cottage was super cute, very clean, and very well laid out. We would definitely book again if in the area.

Thank you for your review, I can assure you It is A very safe area. Mostly weekend lake warriors and retired couples live nearby! During busy season you will see golf carts and people riding. Fall and off season more quiet.

Our Weekend Getaway

We had to get directions from the little store. Her directions took us right to it. It was just like the pic. Very cute and very clean. We had a very good night. Ive never seen as many golf carts in my life n Ive been around a long time. It was rather comical. Our neighbors were friendly. Overall it was very nice. Stocked with everything you need. Id do it again.

We had a great stay! This was the perfect setup for a Kentucky Lake fishing trip. There was plenty of room for our boat and trailer, making parking and loading/unloading easy. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything we needed was there. The location was convenient to the lake, and the host was great to work with. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a fishing trip or a relaxing getaway.
