First, the unit didn’t feel clean - we killed a spider and removed a web in the bathroom as soon as we arrived. While the unit might have been cleaned before our arrival, we believe it is in serious need of a ‘deep’ cleaning. The description says air conditioning but to be transparent the description should indicate A/C ‘units’ in the bedrooms. Even so they were hardly effective and super loud. The unit was stifling hot when we arrived and didn’t cool, especially in the main room, which we were planning to use as workspace. The decor in the living room was lacking, if nothing else one of the matching seating chairs in the picture had been replaced with an outdoor patio chair. Finally, the listing says newly renovated but we’re at a loss what was renovated. The unit felt old and had a mildew-y/old odor to us.
