The All Seasons Collection 30A is delighted to include this stylish vacation getaway "Vitamin Sea" into our portfolio of distinctive properties, all exclusively located in the town of Rosemary Beach. With an air of sophistication and relaxing comfort it's perfect for a couples or family getaway who will enjoy the ease of walking out the front door across from a guest favorite, the Splash Pad and neighboring St. Augustine Green and minutes to the Cabana pool and playground. Also 2 minute walk to the many restaurants, shops and seasonal events Rosemary has to offer.
The open floor plan to include a well stocked kitchen, dining and family room allows for continuous conversation while preparing your favorite meal and relaxing in the cozy and comfortable living area.
Adjoining this space is a walk-out French doored balcony with comfortable seating, perfect for that first morning coffee or après relaxing after returning from a beautiful sunset.
A lovely king bedded master ensuite with TV and larger closet, double vanity sinks and a larger walk-in shower is private and secluded. The second bedroom features a full and twin bed sleeping combination w/TV. The second bathroom adjacent to the bedroom includes a shower/tub combination and double vanity sinks. The washer/dryer is located in the kitchen area.
Numerous amenities such as Amavida coffee, our local organic free trade coffee roaster, shampoo and conditioner , custom soaps and beach towels just to name a few are included to enhance your visit.
And the crown jewel of your visit and just steps away; our beautiful sugar white sand beach and crystal blue Caribbean water, where you can enjoy a day at the beach and then look forward to amazing sunsets. This condo was perfect! So well decorated and had all we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. It was a very short walk to the beach and even shorter if you rent bikes. We had no problem getting a great spot on the beach with the chairs. The beds were super comfortable too. We plan to come back and highly recommend!

July 4th trip to Rosemary

The condo on Georgetown Ave was amazing! It is so beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need including beach chairs and towels. The view of the green from the balcony was adorable. We've been going to Rosemary since 2014 and this was my favorite place to stay so far. Can't wait to stay here again!

Rosemary Beach

Our stay at here was better than expected! The pictures don’t do the space justice, as everything was spacious and comfortable. We loved the flexibility in renting for less than a week, but loved everyday! We had everything we needed and Cheryl was super responsive for any inquiries I had. Location was also wonderful. Would definitely stay again and looking forward to coming back!

We are so happy we chose this cozy condo apartment for our long weekend at Rosemary Beach! We came for my birthday weekend and to bring our 4 month old son on his first beach trip. The location was perfect- a 2 minute walk from a really nice pool and less than 5 minutes away from the main area with restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes with easy access. There is a little grocery store within walking distance for snacks and other necessities.We had so much fun taking off in the stroller for walks in the morning and evenings. We never even had to get in our car to go anywhere the entire time we were there, which was a major plus with the baby!The condo was perfect, 10/10. Private parking was easy, it has an elevator right outside the condo for easy access outside. The interior design was beautiful- big cozy bedrooms, beautiful and large showers. We also loved the balcony with views out to a park/green space and nearby spalsh pad. In addition, we appreciated all the amenities that were present in the condo upon arrival- plenty of toilet paper, extra soap and toiletries in all the bathrooms, extra towels, kitchen essentials, and a full filtered water pitcher ready to go in the refrigerator. The condo has plenty of beach towels, chairs, and umbrella so you pack light. Cleanliness was also a 10/10. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!
