The All Seasons Collection 30A is delighted to include this cozy and quaint getaway into our portfolio of distinctive properties, all exclusively located in the town of Rosemary Beach. This property has been beautifully renovated to include all new furnishing throughout. With an air of sophistication and relaxing comfort it's perfect for a couples or family getaway who will enjoy the ease of walking out the door and having immediate access to the many restaurants, shops and seasonal events Rosemary has to offer.
The open airy flow allows for continuous conversation while preparing your favorite meal and relaxing in the cozy and comfortable living area. Also adjoining this space is a walk-out balcony with seating, perfect for that first morning coffee or reading your favorite novel. Featuring a king bedded master suite with TV and an adjoining bath. The second bedroom is unique as it has two queen beds with easy assess and private bath.
Numerous amenities such as Amavida coffee our local organic free trade coffee roaster, shampoo and conditioner , custom soaps and beach towels and cart just to name a few are included to enhance your stay.
And the crown jewel of your visit and just steps away; our beautiful sugar white sand beach and crystal blue Caribbean water, where you can enjoy a day at the beach and then look forward to amazing sunsets. This property was ib the perfect location-just a short walk to main street. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped with all the essentials. We especially enjoyed the private beach access. Overall, we had an amazing time and would defenatly stay again.

Wonderful stay

This condo is in a very convenient location - just a couple of blocks from restaurants and shops. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Short walk to the beach as well. Cheryl is very responsive and helpful.

Great Rosemary Stay

We’ve stayed at several places in Rosemary over the years and this was a favorite. Located close to the gym, pool, and town square. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows for the family and well-stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful and quiet

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and everything seemed new. Plenty of comfortable seating. Bed were great. Instructions clear. We were on the third floor but the elevator made this just fine. Very quiet and tucked away but still just a 2 min walk to shopping, restaurants, pools and a gym. Thank you!
