Exceptional home in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Emily Oaks, Skokie Water Park, shopping, and the subway — just 20 minutes to downtown Chicago. Surrounded by mature trees for privacy, the property features an indoor heated pool with direct patio access and a charming treehouse with a slide. Inside, a magnificent chef’s kitchen offers seating for eight and a sunny breakfast nook. A large TV room with a fireplace sits opposite the grand bridal staircase; adjacent are a formal dining room, a piano area, and a cozy conversation room. Upstairs, the expansive primary suite features a two-person whirlpool, a double shower, a king-size bed area, a TV, and a fireplace. The second bedroom has an ensuite bath and is hand-painted in a Jungle Book theme. On the other side, two jack-and-jill bedrooms share a full bath; both street-facing bedrooms feature Juliet balconies, and one opens to a circular balcony. A huge dome skylight, an upstairs balcony, and a convenient laundry room complete the second floor.

Adrian was an outstanding host, gracious, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had about the home. Our family absolutely loved our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the home was very nice with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kids especially loved the pool and the treehouse, which added so much fun to our trip. The location was peaceful yet close enough to restaurants and shops, making it super convenient. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great family retreat.

I really REALLY loved the pool!! Obviously a huge selling point. Backyard is beautiful! The photos are a bit misleading since the master bedroom has a different bed in there and things are painted differently/different furniture. Cleanliness wasn’t what I was expecting for such a high price. Beds had stains, towels were stained, we found boxers in our bed the first night, and most surfaces were not wiped down or dusted at all. If it was cheaper I wouldn’t have minded, but for such a high price it was disappointing. There also was barely any shampoo left in the bottle when we arrived. Kitchen, backyard, pool, and communication was great. Photos should be updated and price should be way lower. Overall, still had a great time!
