North Shore equestrian estate, 10 acre property nestled between a large private lake and a river,18 miles from downtown Chicago. Lovely home, VERY well appointed, Second bedroom has a pull-out couch with a new mattress topper, home has AC, central heat, wireless WIFI, jacuzzi tub, Bidet, Dacor gas stove, center fireplace, full laundry room. Walking trails and large park across the street. Host is a superhost on other site with 50 5star reviews for this property.
Please no events, gatherings or parties, no unauthorized guests (voids stay), bookings over 10 days require use of cleaners every other week @$135.00 per cleaning paid directly to them.
