This 3- bedroom house in Port Charlotte is perfect for your escape. With 2 bedrooms, rented separately, a shared bathroom, and a shared coffee bar. Heated salt water pool and furnished 30’x15’ lanai. Enjoy the wonderful amenities like heating, AC, and WiFi during your stay. Owner lives on the premises & available to answer any questions while you stay at my place.

There are several nearby beaches(30-50) minutes drive. You will be 5 minutes drive to SUNSEEKERS RESORT. There are many good restaurant for dining out. You will be 25 miles from Fort Myers and 30 miles from Sarasota.
