We arrived at the rental, stayed one night and left.Bed was lumpy, bathrooms were advertised as 2, we were told people don't use the tub or the one shower as it was little. The place was not clean, I scrubbed the shower and wiped out the refrigerator before using.There was hair in drains of shower and we saw 3 cockroaches.We contacted the host about the internet and tv not working well, it would not connect, was slow, or stopped working.. He did come and tried to get it to work but told us that is how it is. He also said it was like that at his home not far away.There was no outdoor space to relax.We were disappointed as we hoped to spend a month there but left.Thinking we may get a partial refund, but after attempts by us and VRBO trying by phone and email, there was none.
