Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please close all windows, and blinds. Please turn AC and ceiling fans off.
Please return Foot Wash inside. If bath robes have been used, please place in the laundry hamper for the cleaner to wash.
Please clean and put away any used dishes. Please note: Reservations longer than 12 nights incur an additional cleaning fee of $145.00.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For insurance, licensing, and housekeeping reasons our Condo is for registered guests ONLY. MAX 2 registered guests ONLY.
Indoor furniture, pillows/throw pillows, towels (other than beach towels), should stay inside for inside use, only.
****Please keep door shut to the condo. If there are more than 2 registered guests in the condo - you will be asked to leave with no refund.
