It was fantastic! The house manager was AMAZING. She went above and beyond for us!!! If you have back problems, I would say the beds are extremely hard. But other than that, great location, great home, great service, not a thing I’d complain about!

Great quiet place to stay that’s close to everything. Beautiful beach area and the pool is nice, too. Spacious home with plenty of seating and nice appliances. AC and internet work well, no issues. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing stay!

Another wonderful stay!This was our third stay at The Pink, and once again, everything was excellent. The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location.Excellent communication with Cameron, Angelique, and Gabrielle throughout our stay. A special mention and thank you to Gabrielle, the property manager, who went above and beyond to help us and quickly resolve an issue during our stay. She made sure everything was taken care of, and we truly appreciate her assistance and dedication.We highly recommend The Pink and will definitely be back!

I had mixed feelings. TL;DR: if you plan on cooking, look elsewhere.While the host was off-island during our stay, Gaby handled our check-in and communications. Having two kayaks available at the private beach was a nice, though note that bug spray is required for the mosquitoes. I also want to give a special thanks to Gaby’s dad: when our delayed flight resulted in a canceled rental car, he gave us a free ride to the airport the next morning to sort it out.There are a few minor things. The pool is shared with several other properties, rather than private as the listing might imply. Additionally, the bathroom only had 1 mini soap, no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.The most unpleasant part is the structural seal of the house itself. On our second night, my bf bought steaks so we could stay in and cook a special anniversary dinner. Even with every door and window shut, the scent drew a literal swarm of flies through small gaps between the doors and the frames. It was like a scene straight from a movie, flies even swarmed into the fridge during the few seconds I opened the fridge. We spent our anniversary dinner frantically waving them away as they simply kept pouring in through the cracks.When we flagged the issue to Gaby, there wasn't much they could do that night; we had to wait for someone to spray the house the next day. While they cleaned up the bulk of the mess, we returned to find dead flies scattered around and had to vacuum. I wish I could share videos

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that the flies were a concern during your stay. As the property is located in a tropical environment, flies and other insects can naturally be more prevalent, particularly when cooking or especially frying meat, as the smell can attract them. After hosting hundreds of guests in the last few years, this is the first time anything like this has been brought to our attention. We will be looking for solutions to mitigate this in the future, and we understand that this was inconvenient. Concerning the location of the pool, we have intentionally posted a video on the listing to specifically show the location of the pool and the beach in relation to the cottage. The pool is only shared with our one other cottage - the Turquoise.

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying here and it was as great as the first! The house is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Great location. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!

Great location mid island. Nice to have a whole house with a porch. Enjoyed one floor living. Well equipped with great a/c, new washer and dryer and dishwasher. Close to Hoopers Bay beach and a pool.

Great place to stay on Exuma

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The house was very nice and clean. It was an easy walk to the beautiful Hoopers bay beach. The house was very conveniently located a short drive away from stores and restaurants. I highly recommend staying at the pink or turqoise houses

A week on Exuma at the Pink Cottage

Had a wonderful time on Exuma in the Pink Cottage. Location is excellent on the island and the property was in great shape with absolutely no issues or complaints. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy, he responded quickly to any questions we had. Bed was comfortable and a/c, and all appliances worked perfectly! Highly recommend!

Great place!

We had a great stay at The Pink. The house is well equipped and very clean. Close to the pool and Hopper’s Bay beach. Best location on the island. I want to thank Cameron for being such a great host. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and Cameron helped us to buy groceries at Smitty’s. On the last day our flight was canceled and he was also very helpful so we could book one more night. I would highly recommend it!

Thanks Cameron, It was great to be back on exuma and your place was wonderful, spacious, clean, close to every thing and a shout out to having netflixs, prime, disney etc on the tv. Txs to Gabby for the lobster and grouper! Will bring you a garlic press the next time I visit. The beach was still as beautiful as I remember it and of course you can't beat the incredible exuma hospitality. Thanks so much Anna and Justan

Updated, modern, large cottage near town

We had a wonderful stay at the Pink Cottage. The living room and dining area is open and very large with a huge kitchen with everything you need. It looks brand new and was super clean! The pool is a short walk down the path and the beach is just beyond that. The beach is perfect for swimming and relaxing. The beach is only accessible by those that live on the bay so it was very quiet. The pool is refreshing and partly shaded which was a nice benefit in the afternoons. It's a 5 min drive to Georgetown. I would recommend renting a car as the island is fun to explore (Airport Car Rental). Highly recommend renting a boat from Minns to explore the bay one day on your own and a fast boat tour with Robert's Island Adventures.

Stay at the Pink!

We stayed at The Pink House for 2 weeks and it was everything and more. Hosts Cameron and Ava were gracious and accommodating. They met us at the house for checkin and walked us through everything we needed to know. They were available for any questions and for anything that we needed throughout our stay.There is a welcome booklet with lots of useful info about what to see , do where to eat etc. The house was spotlessly clean and even better than the picture shown on site. The kitchen has everything you need and hosts provided a blender on request so we could make frozen drinks! The coffee maker is a drip style and we recommend bringing your own coffee which we did as it is expensive to buy on the island with limited choice. The internet ( starlink ) was very good no issues at all. The TV has access to Netflix, Prime TV etc if you have an account. There are ceiling fans and Ac so we were comfortably cool when back at the house . The location is amazing right in the centre of the island so had access to everywhere very easily and only a five minute drive into town. There were beach chairs, umbrellas available to use and they came in very handy for all the beaches we . We did a full day tour with Robert’s Island adventures which was amazing and we highly recommend booking with themWe highly recommend staying at the Pink house, you will not regret it! We have stayed at several rental properties over the years and this is by far our favourite !

Just spent four amazing days at The Pink. It was the first time we didn’t stay at a beach front property and had reservations about it until we saw the darling pink cottage nestled amongst the palms. We loved having a tropical front yard and watching the butterflies and hummingbirds. Cameron the host was very attentive and helpful. He was off island while we’re there so his brother in law met us at the house and gave us a fascinating history of the property in Hoopers Bay. The house was the perfect size for the two of us. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach is just a short walk down a driveway. There were beach chairs, kayaks and a shared pool. Everything you need for the perfect stay. Thanks so much for sharing this slice of paradise!
