We’ve been Premier hosts with VRBO for nearly 12 years. Recently, we renovated our Mediterranean-style home in Indian Wells, transforming it with new tile flooring, paint, bathrooms, lighting, plumbing, furnishings, and beds.
Our generously sized rooms and recent Mediterranean remodel are sure to impress guests. This property is perfect for daily living and hosting.

Conveniently located, the property is just 0.8 miles from IW Coffee, shops, dining establishments, grocery stores, and various services. It’s also only a 1.0-mile drive to Indian Wells Golf Resort and a 2.3-mile drive to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Situated in a great neighborhood south of Hwy 111, you’ll have easy access to everything you need.

This is our third home in the desert. Indian Wells is a quiet and pristine neighborhood that provides easy access to all the things we love—tennis, golf, walking, hiking, biking, dining, and soaking up the sun. As you enter the neighborhood, you’ll instantly feel a sense of relaxation and escape from the chaos of everyday life.
What makes this property unique
Inside, the space is bright, well-lit, and spacious, with tall ceilings and comfortable living areas. Almost every room offers stunning views, and you can relax by the fireplace. The property also boasts large walk-in showers and a garden tub in the master suite. Every room is equipped with a TV, ensuring that you have access to entertainment wherever you are. I believe we didn’t miss any amenities for your stay.
Outside, the property features a vast and private back area. Everything here is new, including a pool, spa, patio, furnishings, plants, grass, and even a BBQ. Imagine sitting at the outdoor fire pit and experiencing the breathtaking desert skies. You can enjoy all these amenities, along with incredible south-facing views of the mountains.
