About this property

Walk to Historical Downtown Mystic 4 Bedroom House

2 Story house in a QUIET neighborhood, Walking distance to Pubs, Restaurants, River Cruises, Train Station, Shops and the Mystic Seaport. A short hop away is the Mystic Aquarium 1.5 miles, Casino's 20 min, and Beaches. This was my family house growing up and we are empty nester's now. We worked hard stripping and redoing the Hardwood floors, painting, and updating the kitchen with new appliances, a new counter top and sink.
It is well stocked with cooking items and spices. There is plenty of parking. A front and back porch for lots of sitting and relaxing after a day of site seeing. Yard with Grill, picnic area, lots of Adirondacks, Swings and we have a lovely view of Mystic, Birds, and a Garden. We have a Pack and Play and High Chair.
There is a washer and Dryer as well as wifi.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We were very happy with the house in Mystic. It was just as described and it made you feel like you were at home. Would definitely recommend for families, it is very spacious. The back yard was great for the kids to play in.

This property exceeded all of our expectations! We were in Mystic for my daughter’s wedding and the house was the perfect place for us to stay. It was exceptionally clean with all the amenities you could possibly think of including a backyard that our two toddler grandsons loved. And goats across the street! Bob was an awesome host - super responsive with lots of great area recommendations. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful and spacious home within walking distance to downtown! Bedrooms are spacious. We travelled with 3 couples and a baby. The house had everything we needed and more - books, toys, highchair, pack and play. The outside was so peaceful with wildlife and birds.

We loved this house. And it was perfect for our family in every way. The only disadvantage was that both bathrooms were not on the bedroom floor. But we worked around it. Not only does the home feel warm and inviting, but it has enough space for a family of four with an infant, and everyone had there own place to work or read or doze. We also loved the backyard porch, the front porch swing, the backyard swings, the two places to park, the proximity to the heart of Mystic and Enders Island, where I needed to be for my graduation from Fairfield University's MFA program. It was a delight to be in this home that was obviously well-loved and cared for. Thanks so much Bob!

Great stay

The house was very clean, location is close to town and any questions were answered very quickly by host Bob. The hill back up from town was a little difficult for me (senior)but everyone else was fine with it, stay was great. The porches and fire pit were nice features for relaxing in the evenings.

Excellent day what a gem I’ve never stayed at a more perfect spot. It was a pointed with everything and anything you possibly could eat, even if you forgot something. They refresh flowers, waiting for us on the table a list of places to eat things to do and it was within walking distance to the town absolutely wonderful highly recommend.

Fantastic rental house, perfect week away

Highly recommend this house and this host. Bob was responsive to all our needs and his house is beautiful. Two wonderful porches to relax on, as well as a huge backyard. We had everything we needed for the week and the location cannot be beat. It was a wonderful place for our family to stay.

Great Family Home

Love this home, it was so comfortable and charming to host our family for our daughter’s graduation. It’s always nice to have a bottle of wine waiting upon arrival, throwback to first Paris VRBO 14 years ago. The backyard was perfect for family relaxing, chatting and napping. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
