We had a great stay! The host provided ample information before our stay and was responsive to questions. The place was nice and clean and the provided amenities were definitely a huge plus!
We had a great time visiting for a snowy girls weekend. Lynsey was so responsive and accommodating, and what a cozy home! We will definitely try to come back for warmer weather.
The location is close perfect for walking to town, with all its restaurants and shops and is less than a block from the water. It the best of 4 places we have rented in Mystic by far. When we return, we will definitely want to stay here.
This house was the best!! Perfect location, very clean and had everything that we needed. Felt right at home during our stay! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this rental!!
The location of the house is excellent. It is in easy walking distance to downtown Mystic. The house has character in it that one would expect from a home of this age but has the modern convivences one needs. There is plenty of space in the house and having a washer and dryer is a real plus. The host was very responsive.
We loved our stay in Mystic! There was plenty of room for our family of four. The amenities provided at this stay were fantastic! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Mystic!
Super comfy well appointed house in central location. Parked the car and didn't touch it again for the whole stay. Super responsive host was a pleasure to communicate with.
The property was clean with all types of ammenities. It was close to everything in Mystic with street parking and its own little private driveway. It even had a washer and dryer and a beautiful deck to enjoy outside. Lynsey was very quick to answer my questions and I would definitely stay at her beautiful home again!!
Fabulous 4th of July holiday and family wedding. Very well equipped and location, location, location...Walked to everything and very thankful for the parking spot whenever we had to run out for something.
Perfect location for our family trip! The home is incredibly clean and comfortable. Lyndsey, the host, is very responsive and was sure to make us feel at home!
The historic property was as advertised and we'll equipped with a brand new deck and nice yard. The unit was updated and cozy which came in handy when some spotty showers swept through the area. The host was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay her again.
This property is in a perfect location to explore Mystic. Having a parking space, and being able to walk to most everything (shops, restaurants, the seaport museum), made the visit easy and enjoyable. The property was super clean and the host was very responsive. Good stay!
Walk everywhere! We always enjoy just sitting by the river and watching the world go by. We were visiting family in the area so we didn't spend a lot of time in the house but it had everything we needed.
We had a great parents weekend at Conn. This is the place to stay if you want to walk to all the bars, retail stores and restaurants in Mystic. We’ll be back.
I have nothing but positive things to stay about my trip and experience at the property and with the host. Very responsive, easy to follow details, perfect space and incredible location in the heart of downtown with the abilityt to walk anywhere you needed. Highly recommend staying here!
Fantastic location. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. House was exactly as described, comfortable, clean and cozy. Property owner was fantastic to deal with, very communicative and helpful with restaurant selections and area attractions, even left complimentary drinks for our anniversary.
Lovely house. So clean and cozy, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Lynsey was amazing and thought of everything. Really felt like a home away from home. The little touches made it feel special.
Host was responsive and the location was great. We really appreciated the attention paid to the details. Having kids Tupperware available and toys made the stay enjoyable for us and our 1.5 year old toddler. Would recommend the place to any couples with a young kiddo in tow. Furniture placement was great with no sharp corners that a kid can fall on. Would stay again.

What makes this property unique
The location cannot be beat! less than a minute walk from the drawbridge, restaraunts and shops, and about a five minute walk to the main entrance of the Seaport. Our large yard offers privacy and a nice area for families to enjoy their time.
