Rare One of a Kind Tiny Home. the “NEIGHbor” a custom Horse Trailer converted to a Tiny Home tucked into the woods on our 67 acre Horse Farm & Non-Profit Animal Rescue. Enjoy modern design & amenities peacefully relaxing in a special setting while supporting a good cause! Explore the farm and enjoy some relaxation. Or visit nearby Grayson Highlands, the New River, VA Creeper Trail, Mt Rogers, Whitetop Mtn and quaint Mountain towns.
The NEIGHbor boasts hand crafted interior wood repurposed from our horse barn. Heat/AC for your comfort. RokuTV/WiFi for entertainment. For your relaxation it has a reclining loveseat and nice Queen bed. Full bathroom w/shower. kitchenette has induction hot plate and air fryer/convection microwave oven. . Gas Grill outside.
The driveway is shared. But you have private parking and private entrance to your tiny home trailer
Our mother is a senior citizen who lives nearby in her cabin. She loves to share stories about the animals and interact at your leisure or is happy to do her thing and leave you be to enjoy some peace and quiet
Your spot is quiet tucked into the woods but is visible to our mothers cabin. The driveway is shared and she loves to interact if you wish or you can be as private as you would like. Though she’s great at giving farm tours! Your tiny home trailer is submersed in nature tucked into the woods. Our mom’s miniature goats chickens and rescue sheep are fun to observe as well.
