The Space:

Our furnished one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of the building and is accessible by stairs only (no elevator). The space offers a comfortable and easygoing setup, suitable for short or longer stays.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with several transit options nearby. The Addison & Kedzie bus stop is just a 7-minute walk, the Irving Park & Spaulding bus stop is about 13 minutes away on foot, and the Addison Blue Line Station is roughly a 20-minute walk, providing convenient access to downtown and beyond.

- A quick ID check and brief screening are required prior to confirming your stay.



-Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. We accept both dogs and cats for $50 per pet fee. Pets may not be left unattended unless they are properly crated and must follow all quiet hours. To keep the space comfortable for everyone, pets are not allowed on furniture. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or costs related to excessive hair or odor removal.

Great host, great location, place was comfy and clean! i was able to easily park on the street very nearby. old building has some quirks and can be a bit noisy. i was glad my puppy didn't come along, he would have barked at every creak and crack and voice from the hall. all in all very comfy and nice.

The apartment was clean and nice, spacious quiet neighborhood but the building itself in neither quiet or cozy. I got little sleep because you can hear every thing that goes on in the other units . Internet wasn't woeking I had to call the host, find the modem to get it working. The remoted for the tv wasn't working and I could not find batteries so I had no tv the 9 days I was there. Also the bathroom widow had no glass and the plastic had disintegrated so cold air came in. Bed was comfy, pillows were so hard I had a mark iin my face when I woke up. The big mishap was I had 2 small bath towels for 9 days! Easy fixes and should have been averted before I arrived.

We want to note that no issues were reported in the days following your arrival, so it’s possible some of these problems occurred last minute. Regardless, we’ve since checked and replaced the window covering, ensured all remotes have working batteries, restocked towels, and reviewed our pre-arrival checklist to prevent similar oversights in the future.
