Parking was not the best, have to know how to parallel park at the front. Overall, it was a great weekend stay for us, clean, (except for the drywall shavings on the floor in some places) comfortable bed and space, and the neighbors upstairs were very loud and could hear every step they took but it was perfect for us. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a small comfortable space for your trip! Again the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!!

The apartment was very clean and everything was as advertised. Great communication. The only downside is the noise from the apartment upstairs in the early morning (5:30-6:30 a.m.) stools/chairs dragging and footsteps. Other than that all was good.

Wonderful newly updated property. Beautiful decor and furnishings. For us it was a great location. The owners are totally responsive to the needs of their guests. The internet went out (provider issue not owners) and we got an immediate response to our email. We felt safe and secure in the garden apartment. Note that parking can be difficult but not impossible.

This property is in a good location near Wrigley field. Also 20minutes to downtown. Parking is on the street but open spots were always available. Unit itself is clean and updated. The only thing needed is an automatic dishwasher. We enjoyed the patio outback. A park is within walking distance. Host checked with us to see if we needed anything. I recommend this unit and will use it again
