This main floor has one bedroom with a queen-size bed below an elegant crystal chandelier. The bedding has a rich blue floral vine pattern, the queen bed has an ornate baroque-style brass headboard. Above the headboard, there’s a simple arrangement of bronze-framed botanical/foliage prints; palm, bromeliad, fern.
This bedroom has a work desk with a stylish blue-velvet desk chair, a spacious closet, wall-mounted Smart TV and ensuite bathroom designed with a calming white interior, bronze fixtures, a white granite single-sink vanity with well lit round mirror and a walk-in, glass-door shower.

Second Floor/Middle Floor:
Kitchen: Climb the stairs and arrive directly in the kitchen on the second floor. The airy kitchen has an overall light, bright expansive ambiance with neutral white walls, hardwood floors and ten foot ceilings. Gleaming white granite countertops, combined with cobalt blue lower cabinets and upper white wood cabinets create a blend of rustic and refined decor with a nautical motif.

A gorgeous, white, farmhouse sink, bronze faucet fixture with extendable nozzle, and sleek white tile backsplash are tasteful features of this timeless and inviting kitchen. Delft blue patterned vases and ginger jars adorn the kitchen. A divine master suite on the second floor features a King bed, an ensuite bath, and a private balcony with sea-views. The master has a French-Rococo style crystal and bronze chandelier above a luxurious king bed with tufted, natural-linen headboard and blue floral, cottage-garden patterned duvets and bedding. Bronze-framed botanical prints of sea coral, seagrass and seaweed are arranged above the bed. These prints have vibrant indigo tones on a sugar-white sand background.

The master has beautiful French doors that open out to a balcony with coastal views. The perfect place to sip your morning French-press coffee.

The ensuite master bath offers a true spa experience, with sparkling white granite his/hers vanity, bronze fixtures, cobalt-blue cabinets, well-lit mirrors, faux-marble floors, a divine, oversize garden tub and faux-marble custom-tiled walk-in shower with glass door. Wash away your stresses in a bath scented with rose bath bombs.

The second-floor queen bedroom has a vintage-style brass canopy bed with blue jacobean floral vine pattern bedding and graceful sheer drapes. You’ll feel like royalty sleeping in this bed! The third floor right bedroom also has two sets of twin bunk beds with handsome blue and white stripe nautical-style bedding. Both of the children’s bedrooms have flat screen TV’s.

The two third floor children’s bedrooms share an exquisite full bathroom with white granite vanity, cobalt blue cabinets, and tub/shower combo with custom iridescent blue mosaic glass tile.

There’s also a small, children’s balcony with a charming cafe-style table, off the third floor. It's the perfect spot for sophisticated tea parties or afternoon snacks.
