Wonderful lakeside retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great and close to several amenities. Rental only has 2 guest parking passes so be mindful when planning your trip!

This review is not an overstatement.. everything was top notch with clever appointments such as baskets of beach towels, kitchen stocked with zip lock bags, coffee filters and bath towels of all sizes etc. Sheets were ready to go, the place was spotless and the outdoor grill had plenty of propane and was clean. It’s a beautiful spot and the grounds are well maintained. The owner of the place was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had within minutes. Cannot recommend enough!

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and super convenient to Laconia (but just far enough away to be super quiet at night). What a beautiful location, sitting out on the patio looking at the lake was great. Everyone was very friendly, and my small group can’t wait to bring our wives here for a wonderful vacation. The host was super prompt responding to my questions and very helpful. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. Thanks Erica!! 10 out of 10!!!
