Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you use the BBQ Grill (located in garage), please roll it outside to the driveway and use there, keep it in the driveway and please make sure you turn off the gas valve once you’re done using it.
Please wash dishes or start the dishwasher before checkout. • Do not pour grease, oils, or food scraps down the sink, please throw that in the trash once safe to do so.
Please place all trash in the proper bin outside in the driveway (or down the dirt driveway if it’s a mid-week start/end) before check-out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This house was the perfect home for our family. The owners are always very responsive, they aloud us tu use the big garage for us to have our Harley’s in . Even though it’s a very quiet place by the lake we were close to all the shoppings and restaurants. We’ve been in quite a few rentals over the years but I must say this one comes first in all points !! Clean, well kept inside and outside, the outdoor sitting area, the lake, the view , everything you’d expect and even more !! Alfonso and Tony, we’re so grateful to have had the chance to discover your hidden Gem!
