Quiet home near Ponce City Market, Beltline, Midtown

Spacious, completely renovated 1920's vintage home with a generous porch (and swing!) on a shady street in the Old Fourth Ward, this historic house is just a 5 minute walk to Ponce City Market and the Beltline. We are short drive away from the Fox Theater, Symphony Hall, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Technology Square, and Centennial Park as well as the Carter Center and MLK National site. Convenient to downtown, this fabulous property features 3 large bedrooms with hardwood floors. Two have comfortable king beds and the third that doubles as an office with electronic desk and a double sofa bed that breaks down into two twins, perfect for a group. The modern kitchen is equipped with European cookware and everything you need to serve the perfect meal on the large dining room table. Hardwood floors and crown molding along with a built in fireplace add elegance to the comfortable sitting area complete with flat screen TVs. The back porch, features rocking chairs and a gas grill. The master bath has a bidet and an old fashioned sit down tub. Stay for a few days or a few weeks in this elegant home!

It is a beautiful home! It is quite cozy, not small. The owner really thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is clean and neat. The deck is beautiful. The bathrooms are great. And the beds are so comfortable. You will not go wrong here. Also, the owner gets back to you quite quickly, with any questions you could have.

Host was great. Met us promptly and shared essential features of the home. Shared interests in the area. Checked in throughout the visit. Amenities were above and beyond. I couldn’t even name some of the culinary tools in a spacious well equipped area. The living areas from front to back porches were spacious and welcoming.

The Old Fourth Ward is an historic neighborhood, but it has seen huge progress in recent years with the addition of the Beltline and advent of Ponce City Market. We are close to just about everything from downtown to midtown: best location in Atlanta!

What makes this property unique

It is a quiet refuge in the shadow of a happening city. You be in the porch swing one minute and in a fine restaurant the next. You can run, bike, or be in the club in minutes from our safe, relaxing home. Great place to come home to.
