Enjoy a month in Ouray! My spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home has views from all the windows, 2 decks, large fully equipped kitchen, comfortable dining/living area, large screen TV in the living room, and an office/library. Located on the hillside, it is a 3 block walk to Main Street. Pet OK, Non-smoking. There are stairs. As this is a 30 day minimum stay, there will be no taxes.

I love Ouray, however I have grandchildren I'd like to spend more time with them. Come and rent my beautiful home in Ouray and enjoy everything Ouray has to offer. My home is in a 30 day minimum neighborhood - no taxes. You can stay all 30 days, or less, I just have to block all 30 days for you.

Why they chose this property

My property is very private on a dead end private road (3 other houses up the hill). 3 blocks from Main Street. Hiking trail just up the hill.

What makes this property unique

Spacious! Large rooms throughout, and lots of privacy. Nice yard too. I also want you to know I have locked off my master bedroom. I may come and use it periodically but would give your notice (I have my own entrance), and will not come in your space.
