Quiet peaceful cabin surrounded by nature

Simple mountain cabin in remote location. Space in great for a couple or two singles. Property has plenty of elbow room with several other structures spread out across a giant clearing next to a lake. We hiked, swam, kayaked, fished and relaxed and enjoyed the views. We cooked dinner on the charcoal grill, and drank our morning coffee while listening to the birds. Hosts were attentive and chatted with us a few times.

If you want an entire Adirondack lake to yourself with a tiny island to explore, go here.If you want tranquility and private trails to caves and rock formations, go here.If you want to catch monster bass with no competition, go here.If you want free boat and kayak access, go here.We spent a week in Sugarhouse with a 9yo and our dog and it was one of my favorite vacations ever.Tops supermarket is about 25 minutes away, long lake boat plane tours are about 30 minutes away (highly recommend), there are rafting tours in Indian Lake about 15 minutes away, OK Slip Falls trail about 20 minutes away, plus Chimney Mountain trail right outside your door, a short, but steep hike and you are well rewarded with the view. It's all there. Use top water lures. Just go here. It's amazing.
