DUE TO SOME REMODELING WORK BEING DONE IN THE BUILDING DURING THE WEEKDAYS STARTING September 2025 MONTHLY PRICE HAS BEEN REDUCED BY HALF .This is your perfect apartment setting with two separate bedrooms and Two separate bathrooms.

This modern and comfortable apartment at the foot of the Champs Elysees has gorgeous views and is located in the center of Paris close to all museums, the Seine and walking distance to many of the sites you will want to visit in Paris. Central air conditioning in all rooms. High floor with two elevators in a lovely 1930's building, a gardien and intercom. Many buses and three subway lines (#1,9 and 13) just a block away with the Champs Elysees as your backyard! The apartment consists of a large living room with modern furniture, an American kitchen fully equipped, a good size Master Bedroom with great views of the Grand Palais and a large Master bathroom with oversize tub with shower overhead and a toilet . The other bedroom is comfortable with a nice closet and a full bathroom across the hall with a large shower and a toilet. The master bedroom is very roomy with good closets and wonderful views.The second bedroom is smaller. There is a King size bed in the Master and a Queen size in the other bedroom.

Fabulous find

This is the perfect property to see the sights of Paris. Right across the street from the Grand Palais. We came for the Olympics and enjoyed the location 3 mins away from the major metro lines, restaurants nearby, Grocery store 5 mins walking, just steps away from Champs-Elyse’s. The apt. was quite comfortable and had everything you need.Perfect for 2-4 adults.

Incredible Find

My wife and I rendezvoused with our adult daughter in Paris for the second week of the 2024 Olympics. We are somewhat familiar with Paris from previous trips and knew the apartment was in an incredible location. We were very pleased with Ms. Epstein's attention to detail with regard to foreign visitors and her quick and clear communications. A pleasant bonus was her recommendation on chauffeur service. The driver seamlessly dealt with our delayed flight arrivals, communicated with Ms. Epstein's representative so that we were met upon arrival at the apartment, and, at the end of our stay, timely picked us up for an early morning departure. When we are back in Paris, we will definitely book again as this was the best location we have stayed while visiting Paris.

Paris Delight

We have owned and stayed at many VRBOs. This one was the best of all. First, its location in the 8th is superb, just a block from the Metro’s two best lines, 1 and 9 and the Champs Elysées. The apartment is on the fifth floor with a view east to a park with the Grand Palais off to one side. Most Paris apartments don’t have a view, they look across the street to another apartment. The view allows a lot of light into the apartment, which is well laid out in the pattern we like: kitchen then dining then living room and view. The building has a very secure entrance and two elevators that work well. Double-pane windows keep the apartment quiet for sleeping. The master bedroom king bed was most comfortable. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so each bedroom/bath is very private. The feel of the apartment is that it is spacious. We had guests twice for a couple of nights and it never seemed crowded. The kitchen is well-stocked and has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The owner provides weekly cleaning. The TV and its apps are very easy to use and has a surround sound system. All the major shopping and several good restaurants are a few blocks away. The owner was always very responsive to our questions and was also helpful by providing tips on things to see and do. Having this apartment made our month in Paris perfect.

The best stay in Paris ever.

The apartment was exactly as described with the beauty of seeing the Grand Palace every morning. Mrs. Epstein made all the arrangement from pick up to drop off at the airport. The apartment is decorated in an elegant modern . All the appliances were easy to use and all of her instruction were easy to use. The cafe next door made it so easy for a snack or dinner. WE were one block from the metro and steps away from buses to get to all our destination. I would give the apartments a 5 STAR PLUS recommendation. We plan to use it again.

Simply the BEST!

We had an exceptional stay at this apartment, located steps from the Champs-Elysees. It is located equidistant between two metro lines, the fabulous 1 line (which takes you to almost all the key tourist sites) and the 13 line. We arrived just two days into an epic European heat wave where temps soared into the 100's and were incredibly grateful to have the central air that this apartment provides. Even after a long hot day of sightseeing we were guaranteed a good night's sleep in our air conditioned apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has everything you need to prepare your own meals, which we did. This also saved us a ton of coin on our trip. And I cannot say enough about Catherine as our hostess. She has an excellent team of assistants working with her who assured that our arrival went smoothly. She also was incredibly responsive, answering all our emails quickly and efficiently. She truly did everything she could to make sure our stay was a success and it was! Simply the best! I cannot wait to return to Paris and hope I am lucky enough to stay in this apartment again. Watching the sun set each night whilst sipping excellent French wine and seeing the lights come on all over the city was an experience we will never forget! Thank you to Catherine for allowing us to stay in your wonderful apartment and have such an amazing experience we will remember forever!

Great apartment in a great location!!

I have stayed in this apartment twice and am looking forward to a third visit. The apartment is comfortable, very well equipped, and nicely decorated. It is convenient for sightseeing and shopping.

Great apartment central to everything!

This beautiful apartment has it all! It is centrally located on Franklin D. Roosevelt and Champs Elysees and a few minutes walk to the metro station. You are only a 5-7 minute walk to the Seine, and a 15-20 minute walk to the Arc De Triumph at the far end of the Champs Elysees. We were there for Bastille day and walked down to the Seine and stood on the bridge to watch the fireworks from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is just like the pictures show and very roomy and comfortable. There were great views of the Grand Palace from the living room and the master bedroom. Both the king and the queen beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was warm when we were there and the air-conditioning worked great. We only had to use it at night by keeping the shutters down during the day when we were out. We loved Paris and plan on returning and will definitely stay here again. The communication with Mrs. Catherine Epstein was great from my first inquiry of the apartment to the last. Her assistant met us at the apartment and showed us around. There is a binder with full instructions on how to operate the all the utilities, and the washer/dryer and recommendations for restaurants. If you want a very nice luxury apartment that is centrally located this is the one!

Beautiful flat in fantastic location

Absolutely lovely apartment with "all mod cons," ideally located on metro, with walking distance to restaurants, shops, boulangeries, etc. Had a great time with the family, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. Communication with landlord and her assistants was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Perfect

My wife and I just returned from a week in this apartment with 2 of our grandchildren and we could not have been more pleased. Catherine had arranged for a van to meet us at the airport and when we pulled in front of the apartment we were met by Steven who explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. You can read all of the other reviews and get an idea of just how perfect this place is. Convenient, quiet and very secure. A big plus is the kitchen which has all new appliances and the power driven shutters which can make the apartment very dark even during the day and the 2 a/c systems. A good thing when at this time of year it does not get dark until 11PM and the sun is up early. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and I would like to come back to Paris and stay here again.

GREAT VIEW

We rented this apartment for the entire month of October 2015. We really enjoyed the location, light and view that this apartment provided. It was well furnished and equipped. A very comfortable apartment for 2 adults. My only comment would be that the second bedroom is only good for children as there is a sofa bed and very limited storage. My son and his wife joined us for 2 weeks and, while they loved the apartment, they found the sofa bed to be uncomfortable for a two week stay. And, the storage was a problem. The other issue for anyone older is getting in and out of the bathtub/shower in the Master bathroom. I felt a little apprehension each morning when showering. The second bathroom, however, is much better than the average second bathroom in most apartments of this size . Questions regarding the apartment were quickly answered by the agent and owner and any problems quickly resolved. With the exceptions stated, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would recommend it for others.

The Best in Paris

We have been coming to Paris (and France) for almost 40 years and have stayed in Paris apartments many times in various areas and by far this is the best place we have ever stayed. The apartment is spacious, clean, fully equipped and in our opinion the best location in Paris; just off the Champs Ellysee, close to a major metro stop, close to taxi's, across from the park, great restaurants within easy waling distance and the views from the living room and bedroom are Paris at it's finest, you have to see it to believe it. You will love to walk (a very short way) to the Seine at 9:00 pm and watch the river activity and the Eiffel Tower's light display. It is just the very best you could ask for. Catherine, the owner, met us when we arrived and told us everything, she is just the greatest. Would always try to stay here in the future.

The Best Accommodations!!

Totally recommended. My husband, 2 teenage kids and I stayed here for 8 nights in August 2015. We had the best time ever. Ms Catherine was professional and responsive from the time we first inquired about this property, until even after we checked out. She responded to all of my emails and inquiries within a short period of time, and when she wasn't available, she gave an alternate contact. Upon arrival, we were greeted by her assistant, who was extremely pleasant to deal with and answered all of our questions. Ms Catherine has a binder with information - and this surely helped us - from information within the apartment, to recommendations on restaurants, bakeries, shops in the area. All of the appliances, a/c, tv, wifi were in working order (although the wifi shut down for a short time, we were able to reset it quickly). The Metro is less than 5 minute walk, and the greatest shopping is just outside the building - from groceries, bakeries, pharmacies, clothing, shoes and handbags! You can walk everywhere, or hop on Metro/bus easily. After being away from home for such a long period, a kitchen to provide us with a home cooked meal was appreciated and saved us some money too! I hope to be back one day, and rent from Ms Catherine again.

Perfect Paris Apartmeny

My family and I spent 3 weeks in this wonderful, very well equipped, centrally located apartment and we could not have chosen a better place. The pictures are accurate, it may even look better in person. We used all the appliances and had no issues. Great washer and dryer. Very near 3 different Metro lines, although great location if you want to explore Paris by foot. We walked to the Left Bank, to the Louvre, to the Opera. The owner is great. She responds quickly and is willing to offer suggestions. I highly recommend this apartment.

Extraordinary

I spent a week in this beautiful apartment with my wife and two teen daughters. The pictures are accurate. It is a beautiful apartment with tons of natural light in the living room and master bedroom. The living room windows can be opened wide and from the fifth floor above the tree line, you can see Montmatre, Grand Palais and Champs Elysees. With the windows open wide you can hear the hustle and bustle of the big city, lean out and take in the city from the fifth floor.......but when the windows are closed the noise level drops dramatically providing peace and quite for conversation and sleeping. These main windows face East and feature electronically controlled shades that allow in natural light while blocking the direct sun in the early morning. This is a wonderful place from which to launch a Paris adventure. We arrived during the first heat wave of the summer. Having excellent AC at the end of the day was terrific. The Metro's are a block away. Catherine, the hostess, is an absolute professional. She had arranged for a car to meet us at the airport and for an assistant to meet us at the apartment to make sure that we were settled in. Once we left the apartment our damage deposit was quickly returned. I highly recommend this apartment.

The Perfect Paris Experience!

The location of this apartment is just amazing! You are just across the street from the Grand Palais, steps from the Champs Elysees, metro, and an easy mile walking to Place de la Concord, Tuileries, and Louvre. There are bakeries and bistros nearby, including a nice bistro right outside the front door. Great space for families. The apartment is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you will need, down to several converters for your electronics and a hair dryer. Wifi connection was good. Appliances were all up to date and functional. The tub in the master bath is a big step up and would be difficult for someone with physical limitations or balance problems. Catherine is wonderful to work with and very responsive. Having the chauffer from the airport makes arrival so easy. I would highly recommend this apartment and would be delighted to stay here again.

It was absolutely perfect !!! Excellent location

The apartment is just as described in a beautiful building in great location,easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Catherine was great at communication and making sure our arrival was very easy! the chauffeur and the manager was at the apartment to greet us upon our arrival and explained everything we need to know about everything All appliances were high tech and fully functioning. The wi-fi was super fast, comfortable beds good quality oflinens and towels ( as owner myself .. I know what I am talking about). Marvelous Experience!

My wife ane I decided to stay here with our tweve year old granddaughter for her first trip to Paris. Right from the beginning (a complimentary chauffeur from the airport), our experience was absolutely marvelous! The apartment was spacious, bright, well appointed, in excellent repair, and in a well-maintained building. Plus, it has robust central airconditioning with a very responsive thermostat. The location -- steps from the Seine and the Champs Elysees -- was very convenient. There even was a bistro on the first floor for croissants and expresso in the morning. Dealing with Catherine was delightful throughout -- she even thought to suggest that we take stepstools from the apartment to help in viewing the Bastille Day parade (a terrific event!). Certainly this apartment was a big factor in making this a trip that we and our granddaughter will remember forever.

Wonderful apartment!!

What a beautiful apartment. It is complete with every amenity all in immaculate condition. I did not want to leave Paris. My friends and I wanted for nothing........just bring your clothing. You are less than a block from the Champs Elysees and within walking distance from the Lourve, Eifel Tower and Arc de Triomphe and several other museums and points of interest. We walked to Rue Cler for shopping and dinner and to several other museums. Also several metro, bus and RER stops in close proximity. Just a block away from a stroll along the Seine. I can not say enough good things about the apartment and my stay here. Elevator in building is a plus! Thank you Catherine for making this an incredible visit!

This lovely spot is by far the best rental I have ever stayed in! Location (between the Seine and the Champs Elysees) and views (including Sacre Coeur and le Grand Palais) were magnificent - it was spotless and convenient to transportation and .. as a bonus.. has a well-equipped, modern kitchen. Art & culture and great restaurants & shopping are steps away. I WILL return! I experienced absolutely NO problems during my 2 month stay.
