The accommodation were wonderful and in a lovely & vibrant part of the city. Many restaurants and markets near by as well as metro station. The only difficult part was the three flights of stairs especially with suitcases but I think that is just life in the city.

Centrally located and walking close to Notre Dame, Louvre, etc. We even walked to the Eiffel Tower from there. Very vibrant neighborhood but quiet at night.

A two bedroom, two bath apartment in such a wonderful neighborhood is a real find. I spent five weeks there (late April, and May) A daughter and son-in-law joined me for part of my stay. After they left a good friend came for five days. We had some great weather, fun experiences and my French improved. Parfait.

Great location! Metro, grocery store and restaurants all within an easy walk. Laurent was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. It was so nice to come back from a busy day and have a well equipped kitchen and some space to spread out. Highly recommend!!

This property was as described, clean, and in a great location for exploring Paris. The host communicated well, responding to my initial questions promptly, and had a thorough guest book in the apartment with information on the apartment, area restaurant suggestions, and such. A great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's in a great location, and it has plenty of space. We were two couples and never felt like we needed any more space. The bedrooms had comfortable beds, and there was plenty of closet space. The two bathrooms were well appointed, and the combo washer-dryer let us clean some clothes while we were there in the middle of a multi-country trip. The location is in a good neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as markets for any groceries you may want to buy, and the apartment is situated between two Metro stations that are just a short walk away. That made it very easy to get around. I'm glad we stayed here!

Wonderful Parisian stay

Thanks to Laurent for providing us a magical launching pad for our family’s adventures in Paris. The flat was clean, well appointed and in a fabulous locale, walkable to most all of Paris.

The apartment was close to many restaurants and shops. It was also very close to the train stations for ease of getting around Paris. The apartment worked out perfectly for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and property.

The apartment was wonderful with restaurants and shops so close. There were two metro stops a close walk away which made travel around Paris easy. The apartment was quiet and clean with all the necessary amenities.

What a great location, it was so close to subways, restaurants, museums and groceries. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 4, (2 adult boys.)The book listed everything lots of great information and recommendations. We had a lot of our reservations, especially NYE dinner and museums but used Laurent’s recommendations to fill in evenings. Laurent was great with contact before our arrival and Armony was just a quick call away for any questions. Thanks for a wonderful place to use as our base for the holiday week.

Just Around the corner

My husband, daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. The location around the corner from a quaint, mostly pedestrian street filled with restaurants, bakeries, and produce stands made our stay interesting, comfortable and easy. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the stay would be very comfortable for families or two couples. We enjoyed being able to prepare our own simple meals.

Vacation in Paris

We truly enjoyed our stay. There were 4 adults and we were very comfortable. The apartment is exactly as listed. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants nearby and metro a short walk. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great apartment between two metro stops and walking distance to many locations we wanted to visit; this made it very easy to get around.
