Family Tides, Family Tides Beach House

Truly a family beach house, your home away from home. A two-minute walk and you are on the white powdery sand and the warm blue waters of the Gulf with the beach access directly across the street. A ten walk and you can be at Times Square and Margaritaville with bars, restaurants, shops and spas. If you decide not to spend the day at the beach, no worries, our fenced backyard is your own private oasis with heated pool, new lounge chairs, dining group and patio furniture. Perfect area to soak in the sun and work on your tan. Relax in the covered seating area with outdoor fans and enjoy the grill for those barbeque enthusiasts. From the backyard, you walk into the downstairs mini kitchen area with a fridge for those pool beverages and snacks, or coffee bar for the caffeine lovers. A small dining/game table and Queen size sofa sleeper are in the living area with a smart TV. There is also a private bedroom with a King size bed, an area with 2 twin beds, a bathroom with shower, and a washer and dryer unit, all on the lower level.
As you go upstairs you have brand new oversized sliders that open up to a view of the backyard pool area and a spacious open concept living area. You will enjoy the 70' Smart TV, entertainment center stocked with games and puzzles and a 60" round table that can seat 8. If you need more seating, there is a breakfast table in the kitchen that can seat 4 and a snack bar that seats 4 more. In the well-stocked kitchen, you have every small appliance you might need, Mr. Coffee, Keurig, Air Fryer, Blender, Toaster, Crockpot and so much more.
This level also has a Master suite with a King bed, a 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed, a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds along with a full bath with a bathtub/shower combination. Each bedroom has new mattresses and linens for a good night sleep.
We did not forget about the little ones. In the Master closet there is a highchair and a Pack and Play, along with some extra diapers of a few sizes.
Now you are ready to go to the beach with a large beach wagon with plenty of chairs, 2 umbrellas and a cooler. When you return to the house, enjoy the solar shower newly installed by the front door to wash the sand off and keep the beach outside.
The driveway is wide enough to park 6 cars (3 across and 2 deep). The Tram and Trolley runs seasonally and stops right beside the house on Estero Blvd (you will see the bench and sign). There are also private golf carts that you can hire to pick you up and drop you off on the island. Or rent a golf cart or bikes and have them delivered to the house.
This lovely property provides ample space for guests to relax and unwind. We have taken the time to truly make this house a home where you can relax with family and friends, celebrate those birthdays, the holidays, family reunions and spend time together making memories at Family Tides in Fort Myers Beach.
