Fabulous sunrises from the balcony await you at this five-bedroom, three bonus room, three-bath, fully remodeled home located on the north end of the Island.

You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen, or make use of the BBQ grill and cook up a fresh-caught meal. There are beautiful sunsets, making dining on the lanai or balcony a wonderful evening experience.

The living area is tastefully decorated. It's the perfect place for everyone to watch movies on the flat-screen TV, play board games, read a book, or for quiet contemplation. You'll find a full-size washer and dryer just past the kitchen. The master bedroom's restful decor will ensure a great night's rest on the king-size bed, but also has a Smart ROKU flat screen, should you be looking for a late-night program. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower with his and her sinks.

The three guest rooms upstairs have queen beds. They all feature Smart flatscreen ROKU TVs. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower combo. The living area couch is a queen sleeper. The downstairs area was newly renovated as of February 2024 and boasts a kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The living room area has a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen tv along with direct access to the patio and pool area. The downstairs bonus room features a king size bed and smart tv. Relax on any of the balconies after a day at the beach. You can also walk north to Times Square or travel south to Lover's Beach. There are shops, restaurants, activities, and 7 Miles of beautiful coastline that await you here in Fort Myers Beach; all within minutes of this fabulous location.

We had a great family trip at this house. There was a total of 9 of us plus an infant, and it worked out perfectly. We did not do a lot of cooking, but when we did we had what we needed. It was great having a grill and the downstairs kitchen to go with it.The location could not have been better. We walked everywhere with ease. So many great food trucks within a 5 minute walk.The pool was nice and warm, everyone had a great time.

The property was beautiful and exactly as listed. We had a minor hiccup with access but the property mgmt team was super responsive and quick. The beach is a very short walk as are many restaurants and bars. We cant wait to visit again.

Quiet and fun space

The location was perfect, you are tucked away from the crazy nightlife and traffic, but a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. We had 6 kids and 4 adults and were comfortable!

This house was everything we needed to have an awesome vacation,was very clean,the beach theme decoration was beautiful,the kids enjoyed the pool every day,every time,the house is in the right place near restaurants and 5 minutes (walk) away from the beach, we had a lot a fun and we did so many memories here. The location is perfect which is why I booked this place. It is very clean as well! The hot tub had issues staying full our entire trip. It would randomly get super low then randomly fill back up? Checking in was not good at all. The code we were given to the upstairs and downstairs unit was not working to the downstairs unit, we tried it on the upstairs unit door and it worked just fine. We tried multiple times but couldn’t access the downstairs unit. I called the number given to me if there were any issues, and since it’s a rental company I did not hear back until the next morning. We had family members who had to go stay at a hotel as there were not enough places to sleep (the basement has a bedroom and pull out couch) on our first night . When I messaged about the issues and how upset I was, I was told the owners would get back to me and they never did. It was really upsetting and put a damper on the first night of our trip. Other than the checking in and hot tub issue it is a really nice place and in a great location. We didn’t let those issues stop our fun- just wish they would have gotten back to me sooner or comped us for a room.

Fun With Friends

This is a wonderful house in an A+ Location. An easy walk to public beach access and many bars/restaurants. There is a lot of rebuilding going on in the area but there was still plenty available to make for a wonderful trip to Fort Myers Beach. We had a group of 8 adults celebrating a 40th birthday and had a blast. The lower level suite is a huge bonus not just for the extra guest space but perfect for enjoying time at the pool.

Relax and unwind

We had a great time. Very clean property. Coastal was very responsive when I called with questions. The only thing I'd complain about is the hot tub did not work but other than that a great experience. Beach was a quick walk from the house. Perfect location!

Nice place to stay!

We had four adults and four teens. It was extremely clean and the bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area are all fantastic! Our only (small) issue was that the living room space is a little small for 8 people, with only one couch that seats three, but they did provide cushions to sit on which were nice. The outdoor spaces are wonderful, and we loved the pool! Lots of towels were provided, and we did some laundry as well. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. Thank you for a great stay!

Relaxing, house was a gem for us, great location!

Very nice property, cute relaxing beach theme throughout house. At the time we booked this location, it listed as 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, which was fine for us. When down by pool area during our stay, could see in the window bottom had been renovated as well. That's probably where the 3rd bathroom is now. The location of this property is ideal - 5-7 minute walk to the beach, although it was hard to beat having a pool when the beach was busy. And really an easy walk to many bars and shops. We were very pleased and would love to return some day.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful house.

The house was awesome. Had everything we needed. Great location to all the action but far enough away and quiet at night. Most importantly our property management team was outstanding. There were several things that needed attention early in our stay. Heather responded almost immediately either via email, voice call, or text. And Brad was super helpful in getting things resolved. We even got response on Sunday for things that really could have waited until Monday. I highly recommend staying with Coastal Vacations.
