We spent the last week of our anniversary trip here with my brother and sister-in-law and could not have felt more at home. The apartment is lovely, beautifully appointed, and in a perfectly quiet location with a fantastic view that we shared every evening on the spacious, well shaded balconies. We never figured out how to reach the waterfront at the property itself, but had access to numerous beaches within a short walk. The walking proximity to three beautiful areas, Beaulieu, Villefranche and Cap Ferrat, as well as short drives to many others, can not be overstated. Thank you for a remarkable place to enjoy our 30th.

Spectacular view and proximity to the Med & French Riviera

This property is amazing. It is located in a well-established apartment building, literally right on the Med in a darling village next to Nice. Parking is on site—a huge benefit in France. It’s convenient to every place you’ll want to see in Med, although restaurants are not within easy walking distance, so you’ll need a car. The apartment is huge by French standards and the views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom are amazing. There are sliding glass doors opening up to the large, wrap-around balcony from those three rooms. This is obviously a well-loved family vacation home; it is furnished with lovely, old French furniture. So many places in France these days are decorated a la moderne…this home is authentic and everything is excellent quality. We found that working with the owner was very easy and pleasant. We will definitely try to book it again! (There were 2 of us—my husband and me; there is a spacious second bedroom with a lovely bathroom—we could have been very comfortable with another couple or another individual.
