The Space:
Our charming condo provides a blend of comfort, style and convenience in sunny Puerto Vallarta! Enjoy an open-plan space with a plush sofa in front of a wall-mounted Smart TV and direct access to a second-floor terrace with a table and chairs for some fresh air and a beverage when needed.

The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare meals at home, with quality appliances and a coffee maker to get your days started. There’s a dining bar at the kitchen counter to enjoy your meals, a quick snack or maybe to work on your laptop with high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for work or streaming TV!

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The other features two cozy twin/single beds. There’s another full bathroom in the common area, and the couch provides space for another sleeper. In total, you can fit five in our condo!

For those who love a refreshing dip, there is a communal pool onsite at the complex with a sun deck, lounge chairs, and dining tables in the shade for a poolside snack or outdoor office! Secure parking is also available for one car, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.

Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
This is a lovely area where you can walk to nearby restaurants, pharmacies, taquerias, CrossFit, TRX, yoga, a local market, and to the pathway along the river that will take you to the beach! There’s a Walmart and Sam’s Club nearby, and the city center is 15 minutes away by car.

Getting Around:
The property is located approximately 4.7 km | 3 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz (PVR) International Airport.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests booking via Sand Pacific can get a courtesy margarita drink per person at the Mangos Beach Club. There is no entrance fee, just a minimum consumption requirement of one meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly at the Mangos Beach Club.

- Please note there's ongoing construction happening nearby. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Mon-Sat from 8 am to 6 pm.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is available from 4 pm to 11 pm. Please plan your arrival within this time frame, as entry to the community cannot be granted before or after this hour.
- Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at departure. Lost bracelets or not returning them results in a penalty of $2,000 MXN per bracelet.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit by using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
