WiFi: This home’s internet runs on Starlink, television is Direct TV.

Cell Service: Expect only 1–2 bars; you may need to drive down the lane for reliable signal.

Parking: Parking for up to 4 vehicles. No motorhomes or travel trailers allowed.

Security: Exterior surveillance cameras are in place for property security.

Noise Policy: This home is in a noise-sensitive neighborhood and participates in our Good Neighbor protection program. Smart home technology monitors decibel and occupancy levels (not conversations) to ensure compliance with quiet hours and maximum occupancy.
