The charming town of Mendocino boasts amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions for all kinds of people. Outdoor enthusiasts will love kayaking and canoeing Big River.



The Space:

This coastal gem enjoys an inviting living room where you can spread out comfortably after a fantastic day exploring Mendocino. Kick your feet up and relax as you stream an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV or play games. A family room attached to the main living room provides you with a private place to unwind and enjoy a meaningful conversation while the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace keeps you nice and toasty during the winter months. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and a wet bar in one of the bedrooms.



Discover Mendocino Headlands State Park, Russian Gulch State Park (hiking and beautiful waterfalls), Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, Emerald Dolphin Mini Golf & Arcade, Pomo Bluffs Park, Ford House Museum, Jug Handle State Natural Reserve, Point Cabrillo Light Station State Historic Park, and Fort Bragg.



All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Older home but well maintained and nicely remodeled inside. Well stocked. Great location close to Mendocino. Beautiful natural grounds. Comfortable beds. Entry key pad did not work. Central HVAC did not work. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Lovely

Lovely home sits just below the hotel on the hill. Plenty of room to spread out. Well maintained with pride of ownership. Close to town.

Check in didn't work, the code was wrong as well as the key box code. The problem was corrected within. 10 mins.The instruction booklet needs updating with regards to check out procedures Beautiful setting, views, proximity to town. And spacious.
