The property itself was fine, but communication with the host post-checkout was incredibly unprofessional. The host attempted to enforce unwritten house rules regarding window placement, refused initial request to keep communication within the VRBO app, and resorted to personal insults via text message. Be aware that there are undocumented check-out expectations not listed in the house rules, and host may attempt to threaten with charges not associated with house rules.

When guest arrived windows were closed, when guest left, she left a window open that she opened. It was a rainy stormy 2 days and water could have gotten in and caused damage.
