Family vacation

This house was perfect! Beds and couch were so comfortable, entire house was extremely clean and looked recently updated. We cooked several meals while we were there and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach, the provided wagon was so helpful hauling things back and forth! Our dogs were living their best life people watching from the gated patio, we loved every bit of our stay! Hostess was extremely friendly and responsive, we will definitely be back!

My family and I love the Fort Morgan area. This house and location were perfect. The house is decorated beautifully and is well stocked with anything you may need. The weather wasn't great while we were there so we spent a lot of time indoors reading and playing games. The house was so comfy and "beachy" that we didn't feel cheated by the weather and took the opportunity to just relax. I was concerned about the walk to the beach, but it was not an issue whatsoever. It was just a short easy stroll. We would love to stay here again!

Good location with opportunity to increase hospitality

The house was in good condition and the space was clean. It’s an easy walk to the beach. However, the property manager required an additional contract with terms that differed from VRBO’s (for example, a different cancellation policy), which felt unusual. The home was stocked with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and just enough dish soap for a single dishwasher cycle. While we understand that guests are responsible for excess supplies, for a three-night stay it’s inconvenient to purchase an entire package just to get one more dishwasher tab and two extra rolls of toilet paper. Small details like this can leave a lasting impression.

I appreciate you mentioning the rental agreement mix-up — that was just a mistake on my part, and I was happy we got it fixed before your stay so it matched VRBO’s terms. As noted in the pre-arrival info, we provide starter supplies like a roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a little dish soap to get things going. I understand it can still be a bit inconvenient to run out during a short stay, and I’ll keep your feedback in mind when reviewing what we stock.
