Overall, we had a great stay! The host was awesome to work with, super responsive and easy to communicate with. The property matched the listing perfectly, and the layout was ideal for our extended family to all stay comfortably together.Our only complaint was the number of ticks on the property. Everyone in our group ended up with at least one at some point, even though we were just in the grass.Other than that, everything was spot on and we really enjoyed our time here!

Regarding the ticks... being in the Ozarks and backing up to the woods, ticks and bugs can unfortunately be common during certain times of the year despite regular property maintenance, and we always encourage guests to take the same precautions they would when spending time outdoors anywhere in Northwest Arkansas. Overall, the experience was quite good. Quiet street and a nice home. Garage access was very helpful. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the home when I arrived. The cleaning crew certainly could do better. Despite this, it is a good property in a good location.

Nice place! Several spiders and could not watch anything on the TV without the Roku pin.
