This was a great property with all the amenities including lovely dock, kayaks, decks to enjoy the outdoors, well stocked and even ability to park in the garage. Perfect girls getaway weekend!

We had 8 adults staying at the property and we loved that there were 3 separate family room spaces that we could all separate to with the different age groups in our family. We loved that the home supplied so many things to use, which kept us busy and entertained without having to go off site to do anything in addition to our weekend stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is an excellent place for a relaxing family retreat. Nearby are many activities. It is a great biking area. The lakes a lovely. Wildlife is fun to watch. The kitchen is excellent for preparing food while still being able to visit with the rest of the party.

The space was perfect for us. They were very generous with the necessities plus lots of extra things you may need on a vacation in which you cook. It was great and we do hope to stay again. The dock was a great to spend the day on rafts, paddleboards and the included kayaks. The entire family enjoyed the stay immensely. Bill, our host was super!

It was such a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly well appointed and in such a peaceful location! The sunroom was a favorite for everyone, but the ping pong table and foosball table were also fun. If it had been a bit warmer, we'd have definitely tried out the kayaks too! And our wonderful host even greeted us with home baked chocolate chip cookies!

This has to be one of the better stays we have all had. The location was very convenient, the home was beautiful, very clean, so many spaces for us and our family and kids to use. The weather was rainy the whole trip and it was very nice to have such a great home to relax in together and save the trip.

Perfect getaway for 2 families with young kids

Beautiful property and we absolutely loved our first time in Arkansas. The house was very well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including condiments which was an extra bonus. The kids loved the dock, kayaks and game room. Plenty of fun memories were made at the Treehouse!

Brilliant stay!

The perfect base camp for me and three friends to enjoy the MTB trails of Bella Vista & Bentonville. We could easily drive from the house or even better was the VERY short ride to the nearest trailhead. 100% recommend this location and I'll likely be staying here again for future visits.

Great location for a large get together

We had a great time. House was well appointed and handled our large group admirably. The dock was fantastic, and where we spent most of our time watching the kids of all ages enjoy themselves. Highly recommend this propery.

This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental house! Bill the owner was a great communicator and very responsive. And the fact that there were fresher baked chocolate chip cookies waiting for us was such a sweet surprise! The setting on the lake and all the trees were lovely too as were the multiple decks! We will definitely be back!

Great stay!!

It’s what we had expected and more, the house was pretty big and very clean. The back area was perfect for relaxing with the firepit and it was pretty secluded too which is just what we were looking for. Bill the owner was helpful and treated us respectfully. No complaints from us at all 100% recommend.
