Welcoming guests since 1933 and nestled among 100-year-old pines and a lush garden atop Georgia's beloved Lookout Mountain is the newly remodeled Lookout Mountain Inn. Our design team reimagined the modern bed and breakfast to offer everything you would want for a romantic stay or a family getaway, while retaining the warmth and coziness of days gone by. Upon arriving on the grounds, your blood pressure will plummet as you soak in the mountain air, stroll the beautifully landscaped grounds and enjoy to the sounds of our local birds and other wildlife. All this, while being minutes away from Rock City, Ruby Falls, Point Park or a short 15 minute scenic drive away from Chattanooga! Wherever your adventures take you, our staff starts you off with a hearty family style breakfast every morning in the Main House Gathering Room. If you still have some time to spare, take a dip in your own private hot tub, the community pool or hot tub, fire up the grill or enjoy the stars while kicking back at our fire pit.

Inside your Moccasin Bend Cottage, you will find a cozy and romantic private bedroom and bath, complete with a king size bed and plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy a lazy morning in bed. The cottage also boasts a charming sitting area with two trundle beds, a separate bathroom and a well appointed kitchenette. This cottage has a moody vibe with earth tones that reflect the colors you'll find across your mountain adventures!

We actually stayed in the Chattanooga Cottage. Ammenities were very nice and the staff went above and beyond for us. The cottages were lovely with high end additives. We were secluded, but we were near enough that it made us feel like a get away. Absolutely loved this place. Rachel was a superb host and breakfast was delightful.

Very quaint cabin in heart of Lookout Mountain. Very clean. There really was no kitchen to speak of, small refrigerator and microwave. Very small table in the room with trundle beds. Trundle’s fully extended, there was no room to walk. It was wall to wall mattresses. Very disappointed with coffee maker. Boil water to pour over grounds in a carafe. It should not be hard to get coffee. We were able to walk to the kitchen and they filled it up for us. By the time the water seeped through, the coffee was cold. Trundle beds were squeaky. Any time you moved, there was noise. We did not use hot tub.

Our cottage was adorable! Very clean and decorated to perfection. The beds were comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The couple that oversees the Inn made sure everything was served delicious and hot for breakfast and pointed us in the right direction to get the best experience possible during our stay in Chatanooga. Including getting the best hugs around We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Lookout Mountain Inn to others.
