NO SEAFOOD COOKING Inside the kitchen all sea food to be cooked outside on the side stove on a gas grill or for grilling please use charcoal grill
Please be very gentle with the leather sofa recliners in the living room Please DO NOT PUT Extra burden on the front extended portion . Thank you
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE - Guest will be charged for the cleaning fee to get rid of the smoke smell .

The house was brilliant, was like a mini villa to be honest. Amazing environment and a lovely surrounding.The decor in the house was as good as you can ever imagine. I must reckon to the up- coming ones, to maintain the cleanliness of the house as me and my family had a wonderful experience here.When we checked in as a good gesture, they left fruits in shape of grapes, berries and juice which we used for whole 2 x days of stay. I also want to thank the owners and the booking team to find an exclusive place for family to visit and live.I give all 5 x stars for this lovely home.Must reckon and suggest to all, who wants to have a stay in Dallas , Allen area.Excellent placeGod bless you all.Thanks

Our stay at the house was amazing. we enjoyed so much that it felt at home for us. House was very clean especially the kitchen area. We have dietary restrictions (Vegans) and the host was very considerate and stocked all the essential groceries in the Kitchen. He even left a note in the kitchen for few good vegan restaurants in the area. Bathrooms were very clean and well maintained, The bedroom were very cozy and sheets and comforters were like new. I had requested BBQ grill to be available and the host provided all the essentials of it. We enjoyed the BBQ in the back yard.The house is very well decorated. Feels like the host has good taste in fine furniture. The host was very caring and contacted us from time to time to make sure that we are comfortable.It was an excellent experience for us and whenever we visit Allen in the near future, we now know where we are staying every time we visit Allen.

House was nice, good neighborhood, however the garbage disposal didn’t work when we arrived. Making it impossible to clean the sink, we made sure to tell the host this and he said it was fine. Two months later I am hit with an extra 500 fine for a dirty sink, wrinkles on the couch (because we sat on it) and a single plug left unplugged.

Bug boy Thank you for liking our newly renovated house but at the same time you gave us one star review because we informed Vrbo about the mess you left behind in the kitchen sink while cleaning fish , you guys brought fish after fishing trip,Bose sound bar wires pulled out from behind the TV it was professionally installed, leather recliner damaged , You were our second guest after a detailed renovation of the house , we had everything brand new installed in the kitchen, brand new leather recliner Solid wood Furnture from Nebraska Furnture . security camera in the back yard showing 5 guys with fishing rods , cutting fish at night , then you left fish skin in the kitchen sink and clogged it you didn’t even bother to wash the stainless steel all mess was all over the sink and stink was in the entire guest house . The guest house attendant got sick I found the mess two weeks later upon arrival from Internatinal trip , It was horrible to see , BOSE sound bar wire hanging out , leather recliner stretched out and all bent wrinkled because of excessive burden on extended portion of recliner . Verbo didn’t charge you any amount so your claim is baseless we informed Verbo but it was too late to claim the damage . You are not suppose to treat others property in such a way , we spent hefty amount to renovate this place it took us 6 months to update everything after the purchase of the property. Please do not abuse others properties, like this and do not leave false review

It’s a nice property, but it wasn’t very clean. The toilets had pee stains. The bathtub was dirty so had to clean it along with running the jets before using due to build up coming out. There was hair on the bottom of the shower and around the tub. There were cobwebs and flies in the windows. We couldn’t use the disposal and didn’t let us know it didn’t work. If you stay, just clean it first.
