No parties or event are allowed โ—ผ๏ธŽ No smoking inside unit, only outside โ—ผ๏ธŽ Quiet Time: 10PM-8AM โ—ผ๏ธŽ Lost key or extra key access will incur a $95 fee.
Unauthorized gathering will be charged $150 fee โ—ผ๏ธŽ Smoking violations will be charged $250 fee โ—ผ๏ธŽ Unauthorized late check-out will be charged $100 fee
Bookings of 14+ days will have discounted cleaning fees every 7 days, 50% of the regular rate. We will refresh the unit and replace the linens/towels.
