One Bedroom Phoenix East II Condo - Splash Pad & New Amenities!

You will really enjoy your stay in this comfortable and beautifully decorated one bedroom and one bathroom condo. It features magnificent views of the Perdido Pass boat channel, access to unique shops and restaurants, and many other places to have fun. Your living area has a sofa, recliner, and armchair, where you can sit after a long day of fun to chat and relax. For entertainment, a flat screen television that has a built-in DVD player is available. If you are in the mood to make a few meals, the kitchen has ample cookware, and a stool is at the breakfast counter. A table and four chairs are just steps away, and a weathered wood table, four more chairs and a lounger are on the balcony. Make sure you are out here when the sun starts to go down. Your master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, a flat screen television, and a bathroom that offers a sink, vanity counter, and a combined tub and shower and wall mounted hair dryer.

*Please note: Phoenix East II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson’s Terms & Conditions.*

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

My stay was cut short for other reasons. This condo is very dated. It does have everything you need, but the bedroom and bathroom have not seen an update since the early 80s at best. The bed was like sleeping on the asphalt in the parking lot and the pillows felt like they were filled with beach sand

The apartment had everything needed for a great week. The murphy bed was perfect. We enjoyed both pools and splash pad. The beach was great loved the area. We watched boats come and go from balcony. Thanks again Grandma from AR

Great views from the 15th top floor

Could of used some minor updates but for the price point I can't complain. Took 2 cycles to dry clothes. King bed was comfortable, views great.

Fall Getaway

Tile floors extremely dirty throughout, large hump in bedroom floor dangerous, all furniture very dated and uncomfortable, furniture on deck broken and mildew covered, toilet not secured to floor. We will not reserve this condo again.

Over Priced but gave the basic of what we needed

Bed was hard as a rock, bedding was super thick and low quality. For as much as you pay for a one bed condo you would think it would be better quality. There was no basic info like wifi password in the condo. You have to get everything from the front desk next door when you check in. Which is fine but it's super busy. Because of that I wish that I had know that when before I went there the first time. We were also not told that unit number alone would lead you to the condo. The unit number does not explain rationally what floor and apt# you will be in. Again had to go next door to the front desk. I feel like that could easily explained in the check in email. It is on the 15th floor btw! Other than that the condo was spacious. We put sheets over the couches before we sat on the because they looked stained but they were comfy. The Tv in the bedroom didn't work. It would come on but scrolling through the channels, none of them were available. The balcony views are lovely. The chairs could use some cushions. It's tike and very weathered. Easy to get a splinter. The kitchen was sufficient enough for what we needed.

Last Beach getaway before fall and winter

The property is very clean and very well maintained, from pools to elevators to lobby and landscaping. The beaches are amazingly clean as well. The condo had everything an occupant needs. The washer and dryer are full sized as opposed to the small stackables found in most condos. The balcony has a wonderful view. We watched dolphins one day and plenty of boats passing through the little pass. We would definitely stay here again during off season when the crowds are minimal.
