Regency Isle is one of the premier condos in the area. Each unit within this facility is privately owned; furnished and maintained at the discretion of the owner, so all units are not considered "equal." We have made a significant financial investment and commitment to provide the best for our guests by completely remodeling our two units (410 and 902) with custom upgrades designed to ensure they are updated with top of the line amenities. We also provide many little extras that aren't found in other condos.

The condo was perfect for our long weekend beach trip… clean, well stocked with essentials (above and beyond what was expected), comfortable, beautifully decorated, awesome view of the ocean, and perfectly located with easy access to great eating places both in Orange Beach and Perdido Key. Great communication by condo owners prior to arrival, after check-in, and upon departure.
Sharon was very responsive and the condo was well supplied. Beach and pool very accessible Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful condo, one of the very best we have ever rented. The kitchen is very well stocked, everything we needed was there. The beds were super comfortable including very nice soft sheets. All the furniture was very comfy including the balcony furniture. The master shower is incredible, we remodeled ours 2 years ago and now we both want to change it! Also, was absolutely the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! Communication was great although we didn't really need much of anything. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing property…felt like home because they provided so many things we’ve never had in a rental unit before. There was an icemaker! Loved the dual pot/pod Keurig. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The views were awesome and the balcony spacious. It was walking distance to the Florabama, so that was very convenient.
Our family had a great vacation thanks in large part to how comfortable this place was. The owners reached out mid-stay to make sure everything was fine, which was nice. We hope to be able to visit again.
We enjoyed our stay again and will return for a visit in the future.

The condo was great. It was very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay away from home. Owner immediately answered my call when I had a challenge checking in, which I greatly appreciated. I will certainly return in the future and highly recommend.
This place was fantastic! It had everything we needed and we felt right at home! The beach was beautiful as well and the amenities. This place does not disappoint and we hope to return again next time!

We enjoyed our stay. Separate ice maker was perfect to fill the cooler each day to take to the beach. Three elevators kept us from waiting too long coming and going. Location was great and easy to get around.

Why they chose this property
Our family has been vacationing in the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach / Destin areas for over 35 years. Regency Isle is in a great location - convenient to restaurants and the "happening things," but distanced enough to provide guests a more private, serene setting. The facility is only steps from the ocean, located in a sparsely populated area, and there are no huge, high density units next door competing for our beach space. ~~~Additional reasons we chose Regency Isle: * Huge 300 sq.ft. private balcony! * Heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, fitness center, activity room, and steam room - allow for fun times even in cooler temps or inclement weather * 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, and 8-foot interior doors - indicative of the beautiful architecture seen throughout Regency Isle *Covered pavilion, picnic tables and complimentary gas grills with a green space
What makes this property unique
During our extensive condo search, we immediately noticed that Unit 902 was one of the most elegantly furnished condos in one of the nicest facilities we had seen anywhere. It is located on the desired east end of the building and is on the 9th floor - great for providing a tranquil setting with awesome views. This home is outfitted with high quality furnishings since it was originally a non-rental private vacation home. Our recent upgrades: Kitchen remodel & new appliances, master bath updates, new flooring and cabinets throughout, new granite added to the other luxury appointments, will allow our guests to feel the comforts of home and enjoy amenities and luxuries that are not common to most rental properties.
