The cabin was inherited from the original owner whose family owned it since the early part of the 20th century. Throughout the years it has been used as a summer retreat by visitors from all over NY and New England, our boy scout troop, our family and friends and many renters. The property is remote enough to be a quiet oasis yet only minutes from outlet shopping, movies, restaurants and grocery stores.
What makes this property unique
No matter what the weather, the view from the enclosed 'rocking chair porch' is always special. There are loons on the pond and bald eagles who live in the trees around the pond and who make appearances regularly. The pond is great for kayaking, canoeing and swimming. The hammocks and tree swing complete the enjoyment!
