The property was clean and spacious with an awesome fenced in backyard. It was in a lovely and safe neighborhood.

Property is spacious & in a good location. After about 24 hours there, the a/c stopped functioning. After several exchanges with the “hosts” the responses to my request for correction, I was dumbfounded. 1st response was, “purchase batteries for the thermostat”. I declined, so they sent batteries thru door dash. I changed the batteries, to no avail. Because the temp was in the high 90s, I repeatedly texted that they send someone out. Late in the evening, I received a text which indicated I was reaching ‘ATL Stay Sweet’ after hours. Maintenance phone contact went unanswered. I texted that I was going to report to VRBO helpline, a technician finally appeared very late in the evening. The young gentlemen had the a/c functioning within 15 minutes. In the meantime I had reached someone at VRBO who offered to call me back to verify the technician had come. The anxiety of repeatedly getting an automated message in the interim w/no apparent solution was unnecessary and in my judgement, vastly inferior guest services on the part of the host ‘company’ or AI.

We rented this basement apartment for a business trip to Atlanta. It was so clean and cute, and seemed really new! It was quiet and we had privacy, it didn’t seem like the up stairs home was occupied at the time. The neighborhood is really nice and would be pleasant for walks on the street. It’s close enough to enjoy more downtown Atlanta things, but far enough outside of downtown to be a quiet neighborhood. Host was great with communication! Thanks for a great stay!
