Location was good. Access steps and walkway with multiple sets of outdoor stairs both up and down across other outdoor walkways were treacherous with ice that could not be avoided. We spread sand out where it was located at the top of the series of walkways and stairs, but it would help if the cleaning staff did the same before guests arrive.
