Located in the heart of Sugarbush Village and a 5 minute walk/ski to the resort, this one bedroom condo with king sized bed features a south facing deck with ski area views, a fully stocked kitchen with new dishware and a pull-out couch for 2 additional guests. Repainted and newly furnished last fall, the unit is in a great location close to the resort base for all of your social events and athletic activities. In the summer, there is also a heated pool on site featuring plenty of sun!

Perfect spot for a ski weekend

Great little place for a ski weekend! You can ski down to the lifts from across the parking lot, or else walk a short distance over to the lodge.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

My husband, son, and I spent 4 nights at this condo and enjoyed Christmas morning here. The condo has a beautiful view of the east side of the slopes, is well stocked, and the bed is on the firmer side but still very comfortable. Note that the fireplace is not useable due to a building policy but the condo was warm and cozy so it was not needed. To access the slopes, it's just a short walk up the parking lot to grab the Out to Lunch run. If we go back to Sugarbush, we would stay here again.

Cute and cozy 1 bedroom with easy ski access

Property was clean and nicely decorated. Solid wi-fi connection and well-sized flat screen. Kitchen well stocked, though toaster/oven had to take place of full size oven that wasn't working. Beds (including pull-out couch) very comfortable. Access to mountain easy, just as advertised. Would book again if available.

Excellent condo in perfect location in the summer!

Condo was exactly as advertised. TV/DVD player did not have instructions, which was too bad. And a screen for the bedroom window would have been nice in summer. But overall the condo was exactly what we were looking for and ideal for our family of four. Pool was perfect!

Look no further for your stay at Sugarbush!

We walked into to a very clean, bright, roomy condo which is very tastefully decorated. The set up was perfect for us. The kitchen was very well appointed with plenty of glasses, mugs, utensils, cutting boards, lots of pots and pans, sharp knives, and any other item we needed during our stay. The bed room was spacious with a super comfortable king sized bed ,extra blankets and plenty of pillows. There was a dresser and a closet with more than enough hangers in addition to tables for our luggage. The heat worked great. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for skiing. We just walked over to the lift (not enough snow to ski there). Matt was extremely responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. He even contacted us and offered to mail back some forgotten items.I would highly recommend this VRBO! Hoping to get back there again this year.

Our stay in the Mountainside Condo was excellent. It is quaint one bedroom condo that had everything we needed. We did not cook in so I can't speak to the provisioning of the kitchen. It did have Keurig which was nice. We enjoyed the balcony while soaking up the sunshine. Since we were there in the fall, hiking access was very convenient. Thanks for a great extended weekend.

We very much enjoyed our stay at your comfortable ski condo. We found it to be a very enjoyable experience, and would consider renting again here! The furnishings were well suited to the ambience of the ski theme.The bed comfortable. the kitchen could use plastic pitcher to mix juice or lemonade in. The bathroom vanity was very low, but we worked with it.What a pleasant surprise that a pool was available to us!!

GOOD LOCATION that missed Expectations

The photos create higher expectations, but the unit falls slightly short in a few areas. **PROS** Excellent location with a short walk to skiing, beautiful mountain views, generally clean, easy check-in process, and responsive owner/agent communication. **CONS** The kitchen and bathroom are dated and could use some upgrades, the king mattress is uncomfortable and needs replacing (20 years old), and there was no working fireplace despite it being listed.

Great location for skiing sugarbush

Clean and well maintained. Easy access and parking. Short walk to / from slopes and shops. Pretty much as close as one can get at Sugarbush. Effectively ski on and off. Good communication with owner. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location; great layout

The property was in a great location, about a 2 min drive to Lincoln peak. The layout was spacious and the furnishings were very nice. I would stay here again.

Easter Weekend at Sugarbush

We decided to book a last-minute trip to Sugarbush for Easter weekend and truly lucked up. We found this unit to be the perfect condo for us( two adults and our 5yr old son). The space was clean, had all of the amenities we needed and was only a 5 min walk to the base and ski school for our son. My son loved the available board games. We will always seek this unit out for future Sugarbush trips.

Great slopeside condo for weekend stay

This condo is expertly located on the in-road / out-road trail to the village quad, right next to Reks in the historic village. It was very clean and fully functional and we would love to stay here again any time!

We are lifetime Sugarbush skiers and currently live near Cape Cod. I attended the University of Colorado and we got married in Vail, Co. My parents picked Sugarbush Resort for the great variety of skiing and we drove up just about every weekend. They, too, owned a place on the mountain.

Why they chose this property

I am happy to carry on the family tradition of skiing at Sugarbush. We always wanted to buy a unit up here and could not pass this one up when it came on the market.
And the skiing is better than ever!

What makes this property unique

These condos are located in a perfect place. We not only overlook the village, but also have ski area views. If you forget anything, the Mountainside Ski Service Shop is right below us!
