This spacious, light-filled home is perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking for a mix of peace, play, and connection. With 3 large spacious bedrooms, a large office with a pull out couch for those who need to sneak in a little work (or journaling with a view), and a dreamy movie/game room that also has a large pull out couch next to the kids’ room—everyone has a spot to relax and recharge.



Need extra space? The charming carriage house above the garage offers a private escape of its own, with a king bed, a pullout couch, a private patio and beautiful views of the lake! That must be booked separately, and can be rented out. So if you need the extra space, just reach out to us and let us directly and let know if it is something you need.



Outside is where the magic really happens: unwind on the lakeview patio, cook dinner over the outdoor fireplace, or whip up fresh pizza under the stars. Just steps away, your private dock and boat slip await—feel free to tie up and settle in for your whole stay.

Your door code will be the last four digits of your phone number, and will be activated at the time of check in!

Feel free to request an early check in or late check out on your personalized boarding pass.

Parking is a breeze with options in the driveway, garage, and along the street.

Nestled into a little private corner of our neighborhood, welcome to the Retreat at Lake Norman!

We are 1 minute away from a grocery store, gas station, a few minutes away from great local food, and 8 minutes away from downtown Davidson!

While having a car is most convenient, you can also use services like Uber or Lyft to get around.

There are restaurants and attractions nearby, so you'll have everything you need for a fun and convenient stay.



Interaction with Guests:

Our main house is gorgeous, and can fit large groups or families for an unforgettable getaway!

We also offer another separate unit on the property that sits above the garage. Quiet and peaceful, the Energetic Loft has its own separate entrance, private lakefront patio, and parking space!

With a king bed and pull out couch, it comfortably sleeps four extra people. Perfect to fit another couple, or aunt and uncle in need of more space and separation.
