Located in the heart of Pioneer this charming Southwestern-themed property offers 1,700 sq. ft. of comfortable living space, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, a convenient coffee/tea bar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The home is equipped with central air and heating, along with ceiling fans in every room for year-round comfort.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used bed linens, pillow cases, towels etc in a pile in their respective rooms. Place bathroom trash in main trash bins and bring main trash bags to garage in the large black bins.
Please turn off all lights, AC(hallway) and mini split(dining room), ceiling fans, outside water hoses.
Lock all doors. Lock front door by holding door closed and pressing the # button for a few seconds until you hear some beeps.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
