Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. Gather all bath and kitchen linens placing them in the white laundry basket.
2. Set basket by the door in the living room.
1. Bag trash and place in sealed cans on the porch.
2. FRIDAY is trash day.
3. Take cans to the curb if staying beyond Friday by 8am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I am a high school teacher who lives locally. I love having guests in my own home for dinner or visits and I try to share that at Little Cottage. I want you to feel right at home to enjoy a nice visit in our wonderful area.
Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and accessible. You will not be disturbed and neighbors are friendly. You also will have the opportunity to easily see local wildlife - deer, racoon, possums, coyote, and possibly bear.
Also, if you are hear to ride the Hatfield-McCoy Trails, you can access the Buffalo Mountain Trailhead or the Williamson Connector via the road. No trailering required as long as you have passes, protective gear, and obey traffic laws.
