75 sq. meter old stone house, renovated in 2017, in the quaint seaside village of Lucica on the island Lastovo. Open your front door and you are steps away from the limestone & cement "Riva". The Riva is the village's shared beachfront and is great for sunbathing, relaxing in the shade, and swimming in the protected little bay. The house is newly renovated with new kitchen/living area. The kitchen has full size refrigerator, stove & oven, dishwasher. Lucica Beachfront House #1 consists of a large 45 sq. meter open studio space with high ceilings, modern kitchen, 2 double day beds, 18 square meter sleeping loft for 4 (1 double & 2 single mattresses), 1 1/2 baths. The house has air conditioning to cool down on hot days. Only 1 kilometer walk up the road to the island's main town of Lastovo with shops, cafes, restaurants, churches and more. Just a short hop, skip & jump over to the small bay of Mihajlo where there is more swimming and also nightlife.
